eGames Members can reload eGames Points via POLi up to a maximum of USD125 balance per eGames Member Account at any one point in time.

Where can I use POLi?
POLi supports the following banks:

Australia

• NAB
• Commonwealth
• Westpac
• Bank of Queensland
• Bank West
• Suncorp Metway
• St George

Please note:

• This service is strictly for eGames Members located in Australia.
• The Maximum Reload is USD125.
• The maximum amount that you can have in your eGames Member account at any one time is USD125.
• The amount of eGames Points reloaded is USD0.01 = 1 eGamesPoints.

STEP 1:

Log into your eGames account.

STEP 2:

From “My Member Page”, click POLi under the eGames Points Reloads section. A popup window will appear.

STEP 3:

Enter the following information.

STEP 4:

Select your bank and click the PAY button.

STEP 5:

Your Internet Banking session is launched. Login to your bank.

*Note: If this is the first time you’re using POLi, please agree and install the ActiveX popup which is required to continue the transaction.

STEP 6:

You are automatically navigated to the ‘Pay Anyone’ page, where all details of your payment are populated. Click the PAYMENT button.

STEP 7:

Confirm your payment by clicking the CONFIRM button.

STEP 8:

Please wait as your payment is being verified.

STEP 9:

Details of your transaction receipt are displayed.
